Back up a Logseq file graph to GitHub on iPhone
A Logseq file graph can contain Markdown and its logseq/config.edn file. When Logseq can use a Files-visible On My iPhone graph folder, Local Git can synchronize that folder with a writable GitHub repository.
How to use it
Check the graph type
Confirm you use a file graph and that its folder is visible under On My iPhone. Database graphs have a different layout.
Test with a copy
Create a disposable graph and GitHub repository before linking any important notes.
Make a test edit
Edit in Logseq, let it finish writing, then review changes and synchronize in Local Git.
Check the fit
Compatibility depends on the Logseq version and its folder access. Local Git does not back up hidden app storage, does not support iCloud Drive folders, and does not run continuous sync.

Local Git is suitable only when the Logseq file graph is a local folder both apps can access. Verify that setup with disposable notes first.
