About
Git that respects where your files live.
Local Git connects Files-visible folders on iPhone to GitHub. Each repository stays in the Linked folder you choose, ready for other apps to edit, while Local Git owns only its Git metadata.
Its central action, Synchronization, captures eligible local changes, integrates remote history, and pushes safely. When an automatic choice would risk content, Local Git stops in a visible, recoverable state.
Local Git supports folders under On My iPhone and a writable GitHub repository. Synchronization begins when you choose it; iCloud Drive folders are not supported.
